6 WEEK CHALLENGE: BEGINNER PLAN

The beginner plan is for those who are new or returning to fitness and trying a prescriptive workout plan for the first time. These are simply provided to be guidelines. Each week you will complete three MyCurves On Demand workouts. We have prescribed the category, but the specific workout you select is your choice! You know your body and abilities and should adjust as needed. You want to challenge yourself, but you want to do so safely. Always consult your primary care provider before beginning a new exercise plan.
